We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Return Window
We have a 7-day return request window, which means you must contact us within 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
2. Important – When Returns Are NOT Accepted
Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:
•Change of mind
•Incorrect size selection
•Personal preference
•Any item that is not damaged or wrongly sent
●All sales are final unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
3. Eligibility for Returns (Faulty / Wrong Items Only)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
•In the same condition that you received it
•Unworn or unused
•With tags attached(if applicable)

•With stickers(if applicable)

•In its original packaging
•With proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

5. Damages, Defects, or Wrong Items

If approved:
•We will replace the item or offer a solution
•Return shipping will be covered by us
6. Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to:
•Return the original item (if eligible)
•Place a new order once the return is approved
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
•Sale items
•Gift cards
•Custom or personalised products (if applicable)
Returns and refunds are only accepted for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent.


7. European Union (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.
To be eligible:
●Item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
●Tags and packaging must be intact
●Proof of purchase is required
For EU returns:
●Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
●Original shipping fees are non-refundable
8. Refunds

If approved:
