Thank you for shopping with Owlrep. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Processing Time
•All orders are processed within 1–3 working days after payment is confirmed.
•Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. -
Local Shipping (Singapore)
•Estimated delivery time: 2–4 working days.

International Shipping
•We currently ship to selected countries in Asia, as well as Canada and Australia.
•If your country is not available at checkout, it means we do not ship there yet. We’re working on expanding our coverage in the future.
•Estimated delivery time is depending on the destination country
•Tracking number will be provided.
•Customers are responsible for any customs taxes or import duties imposed by their country.
4. Incorrect Address
•Please ensure your shipping address is correct before checkout.
•Owlrep will not be responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
5. Failed Delivery / Unclaimed Parcel
If a parcel is returned to us due to:
○Failed delivery attempts
○Unclaimed parcel
○Incorrect address
Customer will be required to pay for the re-shipping fee.
6. Delays
Owlrep is not responsible for delays caused by:
○Courier service issues
○Customs clearance
○Public holidays
Unforeseen circumstances
7. Order Status
•Once your order is shipped, Owlrep is no longer liable for the parcel. •Customers may track the parcel directly with the courier using the provided tracking number.
